Clinical Trials can be advantageous to patients seeking novel therapies, but because of their experimental nature, some are hesitant to volunteer receiving untested or unproven medications. Pensacola Research Consultants was in need of a story and position that elevated their practice among both clinical trial patients and area physicians interested in contributing to the body of medical research.
Working with executive leadership, an intimate, one-on-one strategic planning sessions was convened to better understand the mindset and motivation of both patients and physicians.
From the data, a name and brand was born: Avanza, a term meaning, "to advance." Equipped with a new name and a bold new position to transform today's medical breakthroughs into tomorrow's therapies, an integrated campaign was developed and launch.

The campaign was dual-focused to recruit both physicians into the organization's database, as well as enroll new clinical trial patients. Following the initial launch of the campaign, physician outreach experienced a near double engagement rate, website visits tripled; and 38 physicians joined the research firm's database, along with more than 200 patient sign-ups in the first month alone.
